A: Yes, We try to keep the same cleaner(s) at your home except in emergency circumstances. In effect, this keeps the cleaning results consistent.

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning services?

A: We accept payment by cash, credit cards, checks and money orders. National Maids makes payment easy with three billing options: 1. Leave a check on the counter, 2. Set up automatic credit card payments, or 3. Be sent a monthly invoice (commercial only)

Q: Will my cleaning team speak English?

All of our cleaners speak clear English. We check the citzenship status of all new hires.

Q: What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

A: If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we'll contact you to reschedule your cleaning service.
